Hidden Springs & Estates is located in a highly sought-after area of Orlando in the heart of Dr. Phillips. We are conveniently located near many schools, parks, churches, malls, restaurants, a YMCA and several of Orlando’s favorite tourist attractions. We are less than 15 miles from downtown Orlando, Windermere, Ocoee and Kissimmee. Nature lovers will enjoy two beautiful county parks within walking distance. We’re also just minutes away from International Drive, Universal Studios®, SeaWorld® and Walt Disney World®. The public schools in the immediate area are highly rated year after year. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the mid to late 1980s. The homes are traditional Florida architecture, and the average house is one story, block construction and approximately 2,000 square feet. Many of the homes have swimming pools.
