Hidden Springs/Estates held an HOA General Meeting on September 21, 2019, at the Publix Aprons Cooking School in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace. More than 20 residents were in attendance and heard presentations by Chef Emily Roy, Aprons Cooking School; Terri Thill, Orange County Water Utilities Division; Adam Greschler, Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home; Deputy Perry Troutman, Orange County Sheriff's Office; and Board Members Donna Fontaine, Tina Dottino, Karen Butler, Denise Bradley and Kendle Arribas.

Terri Thill at Orange County Utilities Water Division spoke about water conservation, their Water Wise Neighbor Program, their free irrigation inspection program and gave water conservation tips for inside and outside of the home. Adam Greschler at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home/Dignity Memorial (and also a Hidden Springs resident) spoke about ways Woodlawn can help plan for some of life's events.
