In conjunction with The Orange County Sheriff's Office, Hidden Springs/Estates participated in the National Night Out event on October 3, 2017, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Our HOA set up a tent at the retention pond, grilled hot dogs, served light refreshments and provided informational brochures and giveaways. The Mounted Patrol Unit stopped by with one of their Deputy horses, Salem, along with several other Deputy Sheriffs who shared their safety tips with our residents and answered questions. We also enjoyed rides around the neighborhood in a fire truck tour bus! Our HOA was presented with a certificate of appreciation. We had an amazing turnout, and it was a great way to get to know our neighbors better (and some of their pets!) and raise our awareness about crime prevention.
