Hidden Springs & Hidden Estates neighborhood is located in the Dr. Phillips area in Southwest Orange County, Florida. The neighborhood is conveniently located near many schools, parks, churches, malls, restaurants, a newly renovated YMCA and several of Orlando’s favorite tourist attractions. We are less than 15 miles from downtown Orlando, Windermere, Ocoee, and Kissimmee. There are two county parks within walking distance. We’re also just minutes away from International Drive, Universal Studios®, SeaWorld® and Walt Disney World®. The public schools in the immediate area have received “A Ratings” year after year. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the mid to late 1980’s. The homes are traditional Florida architecture, and the average house is one story, block construction, approximately 2000 square feet. Many of the homes have swimming pools. We also have an active neighborhood watch program and we take pride in watching out for our neighbors.
