Community Contributions Update - Winter/Spring 2024

Thank you to all who have paid their 2023-2024 dues so far! The voluntary homeowner's association received contributions from 207 community members, resulting in a total revenue of just over $25,000. These funds go toward ensuring the safety and security of our residents with entrance lighting and Sheriff’s safety patrols, providing for the maintenance and landscaping of our common areas, offering welcome baskets to new Hidden Springs/Estates residents, maintaining our neighborhood walls, and improving lighting and signage. We could not do all of this without the financial support of our residents. We deeply appreciate all the neighbors who contribute and make it possible to continue providing safety and security to all! Costs of services continue to rise, but we work hard to refrain from raising our dues. This can only be maintained if more of our neighbors make their voluntary contributions, as we are still below our budgeted revenue amount. If you have not yet paid your dues this fiscal year, please do so by mailing a check or using our PayPal feature. While our dues are voluntary, they are essential and every contribution matters. If you haven't paid your suggested $110 contribution yet, please do so via one of the options below:

We accept Paypal and credit card payments online for HOA contributions. Just click the Donate button below. Please be sure to either enter your address in the "Notes" section or "share" your address with us by checking the box.
